Job Summary: We are seeking a First-Tier Tilesetter to coordinate the resolution of after-sales incidents in recently launched developments, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. A construction company with extensive industry experience is looking to hire a First-Tier Tilesetter to support after-sales management for developments recently delivered to clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating various industrial contractors involved in resolving incidents. This is a key role to ensure owner satisfaction and smooth operation of the after-sales service. Inspection of delivered dwellings and identification of potential incidents. Coordination and follow-up of interventions with various industrial contractors (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.). Direct client interaction when required, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Monitoring and recording of actions carried out. Proposal of process improvements and resolution of recurring incidents. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Demonstrable experience as a First-Tier Tilesetter. General knowledge of major construction disciplines to effectively interact with industrial contractors. Valid Class B driving license (mandatory), as this position requires mobility across multiple developments. Organizational ability, autonomy, and responsibility. Strong service attitude and client orientation.
