Job Summary: Nascor Formación is seeking an English instructor to deliver courses to students enrolled in technical police training programs, focusing on learning and application within police-related scenarios. Talent development through continuous learning Nascor Formación is a nationally recognized company specializing in training consultancy and human resources. We provide comprehensive training services aimed at fostering talent through continuous learning, targeting businesses, the public sector, and professionals—both employed and unemployed. Currently, we are seeking an instructor to deliver two English courses to students enrolled in the technical police training program. The courses are structured as follows: Course 1: 10 hours online + 20 hours in-person; Course 2: 20 hours online. Course 1 \- Monitor and provide feedback to students regarding their learning progress, based on the online course component. \- Apply content covered during the online training phase to the most common police scenarios. Course 2: \- Synchronous online training delivered via digital platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet). \- Sessions will be individual (1 hour per session, student and instructor only); group sessions are not included. * Minimum 3 years’ experience: adult training experience; teaching professional English related to the police, security, or public administration sectors * Degree in English Philology * English language proficiency (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Collaboration and teamwork, planning, organization and management, communication skills, adaptability and flexibility, teaching ability, appropriate use of spoken and written English, knowledge of and experience using digital training platforms and environments * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Part-time schedule (20 hours – fixed and periodic discontinuous nature)
