Focus on detecting and attending to individuals in difficulty or risk **Description:** ---------------- Claror **CanCaralleu** is seeking an Aquatic Lifeguard for the same club. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the center's regulations regarding the use of facilities and assigned equipment, and for attending to and managing any subscriber requests while constantly safeguarding user safety. Monitoring the water surface, according to specific criteria, while on lifeguard duty, and promptly detecting and assisting any person experiencing difficulty or at risk within the aquatic area. Responsible for the proper use of facilities and equipment in accordance with the entity’s directives, advising users during scheduled hours, and managing client incidents and/or requests. **Contract:** Temporary (from 27 July to 13 September '26\) **Schedule:** **FROM 27 TO 30 JULY** Monday to Thursday: 7\.30–15\.00 Friday: 7\.00–15\.00 **FROM 3 TO 26 AUGUST** Monday and Wednesday: 8\.30–15\.00 Tuesday and Thursday: 8\.15–15\.00 Friday: 8\.00–15\.00 **FROM 22 TO 29 AUGUST** Saturday: 10\.00–18\.00 **FROM 5 TO 13 SEPTEMBER** Saturday: 8\.00–13\.30 Sunday: 10\.00–17\.00 **Category:**3 (private collective agreement) **Workload:** Approx. 50% ROPEC registration from SOS is mandatory. **Requirements:** ----------------- **MANDATORY EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Aquatic Lifeguard certification * Registration certificate in the Catalan Government’s Sports Professions Registry (ROPEC) * Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses **COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING AND OTHER SKILLS:** * Basic Life Support (BLS) and Semi-Automatic External Defibrillation (AED) course. * Oral proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * Outlook knowledge. **THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES WILL BE VALUED:** * Customer orientation * Passion for sports * Interpersonal interaction * Attention to detail * Results orientation * Communication
