The selected candidate will report to the head chef and be responsible for preparing, garnishing, and presenting dishes using appropriate techniques. They must also cook, set up, and dismantle buffet stations; inspect kitchen equipment; plan menus; and manage costs and inventories. Specific culinary training (technical or higher vocational qualification) and at least two years of documented professional experience in this role are required. Creativity, ability to work effectively in a team, and residence in Cangas de Onís or the eastern region of Asturias are valued. The employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract, full-time working hours, and salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
