We are seeking an **IT Technician for the Applications Area** at the Consorci Sanitari de l'Alt Penedès i Garraf (CSAPG). The CSAPG is a public entity linked to the territory that integrates healthcare resources from the Garraf and Alt Penedès regions. It comprises the Hospital de l'Alt Penedès (Vilafranca del Penedès), Hospital R. Sant Camil (Sant Pere de Ribes), Hospital Sant Antoni Abat, Centre de Rehabilitació i CAPI Baix\-a\-Mar (Vilanova i la Geltrú). The CSAPG is currently undergoing a digital transformation process, implementing advanced electronic health record solutions, system interoperability, and integration with the public health network. We offer a dynamic work environment featuring opportunities for continuous training, participation in strategic projects, and professional development within the field of digital health. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide support and maintenance for already-implemented projects, ensuring their proper functionality, performance, and evolution. * Actively participate in the development and deployment of new technological projects within the hospital setting. * Collaborate with clinical and managerial profiles to identify needs, define technological solutions, and ensure implementation aligned with clinical objectives. **Skills and competencies required on the job:** * Ability to work effectively in teams and multidisciplinary environments. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Capacity for self-management and project leadership: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. * Problem-solving orientation and user-focused service delivery. **Requirements:** * University degree (Bachelor’s, Licentiate, or Higher Engineering) in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Bioengineering, or equivalent. * Demonstrable experience in managing projects involving deployment, maintenance, and support of software within complex ICT environments. * Proficiency in methodologies for analysis and design of information systems. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience and knowledge in healthcare environments and systems: + Functional knowledge of healthcare information systems (HIS, RIS, LIS) and clinical coding systems (SNOMED\-CT, ICD\-10\). + Experience in healthcare system integration (requirements analysis, testing, implementation guidelines, and support), as well as familiarity with interoperability standards and profiles (HL7, CDA, FHIR, OpenEHR, DICOM, IHE). * Technologies and development: + Experience with integration engines (IRIS, Mirth, Rhapsody) and data transformation and processing using technologies such as Java, XML, or Python. + Practical knowledge of Web services (SOAP, REST, JSON) and database management systems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, MySQL). * Analytics and support tools: + Knowledge of healthcare data analytics or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). + Experience using incident management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow). * Methodologies and certifications: + Experience with agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). + ITIL® certification or similar IT service management certification. * Linguistic competencies: + High level of Catalan and Spanish (B2/C1\). + Advanced level of English. **We offer:** * Integration into a dynamic work environment where technology directly impacts people’s health and well-being. * Initial and ongoing training plan in technological systems applied to the healthcare sector. * Opportunities for professional development and career progression in a field with high demand for technological innovation. * Meal vouchers and free parking. **Application method:** Interested candidates must send their CV to seleccio(ELIMINAR)@csapg.cat, indicating the reference **INFORM\_CSAPG.** The organization does not discriminate—and will not discriminate—on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of its selection processes.
