Production Operator

Description

We are seeking a Production Operator to join the production department, participating in the assembly, integration, and verification of recreational machines, ensuring compliance with quality standards and manufacturing deadlines. We seek a responsible, organized individual capable of working in a team, quality-oriented, and interested in developing within an industrial environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Assembly and integration of recreational machines. * Customization of machines according to manufacturing specifications. * Quality verification and control of machines and components. * Assembly and verification of kits. * Programming of devices and software. * Packaging and preparation of equipment for shipment. * Performing rework when necessary. * Handling production tools and materials. * Adherence to manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures. * Support in preventive maintenance tasks. * Collaboration with the Production Manager and warehouse team. ### **Requirements** * No prior experience required; experience in production, assembly, or integration will be valued. * Basic electronics training or knowledge is desirable. * Manual dexterity and attention to detail. * Ability to interpret work instructions. * Organization, responsibility, and quality orientation. * Ability to work in a team. ### **Desirable** * Experience in industrial environments. * Experience assembling equipment or components. * Basic knowledge of electricity or electronics. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Familiarity with Navision or production ERP systems. ### **We Offer** * Employment with a leading technology company within an international group. * Initial training on proprietary applications and systems. * A positive work environment. * Permanent full-time contract. * Opportunities for growth within the Production department.
