Position Responsibilities and Tasks: PROVIDE THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE TO GUESTS • Perform guest reception and all related tasks professionally, proactively, and responsibly. • Carry out guest service duties at the reception. • Manage room occupancy and sales activities (reservations, check-in, and check-out). • Perform billing and collection tasks. • Receive, process, and route guest complaints using the SEDAS approach. • Collaborate with and substitute for the Reception Manager in their duties. • Night audit. Concierge Services: • Provide guest assistance and information, as well as related administrative tasks, professionally, proactively, autonomously, and responsibly. • Assist guests with concierge-specific services. • Inform guests about hotel services. • Deliver guest service for requested services. • Receive, process, and route guest complaints to the appropriate departments. ### **Requirements** Required language: Spanish.
