We are currently seeking to fill an Industrial Projects Engineer position at our Villarejo de Salvanés (Madrid) factory. **What will your role be?** Reporting to the Group’s Engineering Director and as part of the engineering team, your mission will be to lead industrial projects related to the services of a food manufacturing facility—covering its production processes and packaging lines. Your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and analyzing requests, and defining project scope in terms of deliverables, quality standards, timelines, and budgets. * Analyzing existing processes to meet new requirements and proposing improvements. * Executing projects in collaboration with relevant teams or those you belong to, taking full responsibility for achieving agreed-upon objectives (quality, cost, schedule, and deliverables). * Collaborating with Quality, Production, and Occupational Risk Prevention departments to ensure compliance with current regulations. * Collaborating with the Maintenance Department to monitor processes and develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, thereby avoiding disruptions in the manufacturing process. * Participating in technological innovation initiatives aimed at improving manufacturing processes, and implementing new technologies and methodologies. * Monitoring and reporting on process performance. * Ensuring adherence to internal procedures, especially safety standards applicable to your activities. * Managing your projects with full awareness of progress, maintaining up-to-date project documentation and updating all affected master files, keeping all involved departments informed, and proactively communicating any deviations. * Collaborating with other department members or company colleagues on projects where you are part of a team. **What do we offer?** * Joining a company offering professional growth opportunities within an environment featuring high investment in innovative projects at the Villarejo de Salvanés plant. * Becoming a key figure in the Group’s ongoing transformation process and actively participating in the company’s evolution. * Opportunities for development and growth both nationally and internationally within the organization. * Collaboration with corporate headquarters and group production plants. * We welcome your ideas and improvement proposals.
