Participation in communication with public administrations and collaborating entities **Description:** ---------------- ABD seeks to fill two positions for support in the management, development, and evaluation of social projects, each lasting one year. The main responsibilities will be as follows: * Management, development, and evaluation of social projects * Collaboration in innovation, improvement, and funding search processes. * Participation in communication tasks with public administrations and collaborating entities. Tasks will be carried out progressively under supervision and monthly mentoring. The selected candidate will join the entity’s Technical Department. A one-year temporary full-time contract is offered, with a weekly workload of 38.5 hours, scheduled from Monday to Friday, morning shifts plus two afternoons (flexible daily schedule between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., to be agreed upon during the interview). Gross annual salary: approximately €23,667. Expected start date: February 2026 This contract is linked to the 2025 Grants for Training Contracts aimed at acquiring professional practice (SOC – Young People in Practice), funded by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and co-financed by 40% from the European Social Fund Plus. **Requirements:** --------------- University degree in Social Sciences (e.g., sociology, anthropology, political science, etc.), with specialization in any of the intervention areas (migration, gender, social exclusion, etc.) and/or evaluation being an asset. Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English, both spoken and written. Familiarity with office software packages and adaptability to various online platforms. Strong writing, textual and data analysis, and statistical tools skills. Volunteer experience, project management experience, or prior work with social organizations will be valued. Commitment to activities aimed at reducing social inequality. Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented individual with strong planning capabilities.
