Description
At VINCLE – Association for Social Research and Action, we are seeking a technician for the Care Network Programme: a strategic cycle of training, group support, and mutual aid for informal caregivers.
Facilitate training, group support, and mutual aid sessions for informal caregivers within the family environment, who assume family caregiving responsibilities in situations involving dependency, disability, social issues arising from mental illness, and/or health-related challenges. Collaboratively develop session content and materials as part of team-based work. Promote the creation of mutual aid and support networks among participants. Conduct interviews and assessments with caregivers to identify their needs. Develop and implement the Individual Care Support Plan (ICSP) for each participant, defining personalized support objectives and actions. Provide individualized accompaniment to service users (e.g., referrals, guidance, etc.) and case follow-up. Carry out necessary network-based activities to promote the programme and establish collaborations. Coordinate with Basic Social Services and other local stakeholders to monitor cases. Monitor the programme through information registration, report writing, and evaluation.
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience. Experience in gender and care issues, and in similar projects.

* Competencies / knowledge: MANDATORY: University degree in Social Sciences. Additional training in gender and care issues, and experience in similar projects will be valued. Strong oral and written communication skills in Catalan and Spanish. Communication and group facilitation skills. Ability to work effectively in teams. Computer literacy: proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). MANDATORY: A cover letter must be included in the same file as the CV.

* Additional relevant information: Weekly workload: 35 hours/week Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–16:00 Remuneration: According to the Social Action Collective Agreement, Senior Graduate Technician (Group II) Start date: Between 1 September and 31 December.
