We are looking for a **Senior Linux Cloud Systems Administrator**, responsible for maintaining and administering our customers’ systems and managing our private cloud infrastructure based on Proxmox. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Manage daily operations for customers and their cloud infrastructures. * Proactively and reactively monitor and address incidents as they arise. * Collaborate with various Infrastructure-as-a-Service providers. * Create new environments for customers and provide support throughout all phases. * Test and certify new versions of technologies within our stack (e.g., PHP, PostgreSQL, Redis…), ensuring their secure and stable integration into our infrastructure, and updating the corresponding Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) repositories. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, primarily managing high-availability infrastructure—including load balancing, replication, failover, etc. * Advanced Linux skills, preferably in Ubuntu environments. * Experience managing, configuring, and administering virtualization systems—especially Proxmox. * Technical stack: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Nginx, CDN technology, HAProxy (load balancers), Elasticsearch and/or OpenSearch, Redis, Varnish, PHP (at configuration and optimization level—not development). These technical competencies will be verified. * Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) management for both provisioning and configuration—preferably using Ansible. * Experience deploying applications and/or collaborating with development teams during deployment processes. * Experience managing and configuring monitoring systems (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or others). * Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures for files and databases. * Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python for server task automation. * You enjoy teamwork and knowledge sharing. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (across different clients). **What do we value?** * Experience providing 24x7 support. * Experience delivering direct customer support. * Experience in system hardening, firewall management (pfSense, iptables, nftables), and compliance with regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.). * Familiarity with e-commerce software (Magento, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, etc.), ERP systems (Odoo), and PHP frameworks such as Laravel or similar. * Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Experience using and configuring WAF (Web Application Firewall). * Experience implementing anti-DDoS measures. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or others). * Fluent communication skills. * Strong oral and written comprehension. **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract and full-time employment. * Fully remote work (**100 % remote**). * Working hours from Monday to Thursday: 8:45–18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break, or 9:00–18:00 with a 45-minute lunch break; Fridays: 9:00–15:00. * Intensive working schedule in August. * We are strong advocates of flexibility and work-life balance, enabling you to integrate your daily routine seamlessly.
