Promote communication and team collaboration We are looking for a **proactive and experienced recruitment specialist** to join our team and support the company’s talent acquisition efforts. This position will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle—including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer communication—with the goal of attracting the best talent for the company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop recruitment plans according to the needs of various departments and post corresponding vacancies; * Source and screen candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.); * Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, and collaborate with hiring teams during subsequent stages of the process; * Manage the candidate database and maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline; * Track hiring processes and support onboarding of new employees; * Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience; * Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team, strengthening group cohesion. **Requirements:** * University degree (Bachelor’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred); * Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; familiarity with common hiring channels; * Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure; * Strong judgment and vision to identify candidate potential; * Proficiency in office software; basic data analysis skills are a plus.
