




At Chao Pescao, we are looking for an **Executive Chef** with vision, leadership, and passion for gastronomy. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment—leading teams and creating culinary proposals—this is your opportunity to join a growing project. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and manage the group’s kitchen team (currently 2 restaurants), as well as support future openings * Develop and propose new gastronomic concepts, product lines, and presentations that reinforce the group’s identity * Update and standardize manuals, protocols, and operational procedures; propose changes and an execution plan aligned with company standards * Create and implement training plans and SOPs * Monitor and optimize kitchen costs, ensuring accurate recipes, appropriate margins, production time efficiency, and proper waste management * Oversee order placement and delivery note verification, guaranteeing product quality and compliance with standards * Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations, as well as occupational health and safety measures * Select, train, and evaluate culinary staff, fostering a positive, excellence-oriented work environment **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience as Executive Chef (minimum 3 years) * Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills * Knowledge of cost control, budget management, and recipe costing * Willingness to travel between restaurants (currently 2) * Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and gastronomic trends * Passion for gastronomy, positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and commitment to quality standards * Ability to adapt to diverse tasks, follow operational procedures, and maintain focus on continuous improvement **WHAT WE OFFER** * Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week), with 2 days off per week * 30 days of paid vacation per year * Performance-based bonus * Opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic environment, including a career development plan * Position type: Full-time * Salary: €26,000.00–€28,000.00 gross per year Position type: Full-time Salary: €26,000.00–€28,000.00 per year Application questions: * Where do you live? * Do you have your own vehicle? * Please list three adjectives that best describe your professional qualities and personal strengths.
