We are looking for an administrative assistant to join a company located in Lugo. Main responsibilities include drafting documents and official correspondence required for processing administrative files, analyzing requirements and resolutions, responding to administrative objections, maintaining direct interaction with public administrations, and continuously monitoring file progress. Additionally, the candidate will update and manage information in internal systems for project tracking. Advanced Excel skills and fluency in Galician (both spoken and written) are required. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for extension, full-time working hours, and a hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work. **Minimum Requirements:** * University degree in Law or in the field of Legal and Social Sciences. * Prior experience in administrative procedures is desirable, especially concerning files related to energy projects or within public administration environments. * Advanced proficiency in office software. * Knowledge of Administrative Law and Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. * A responsible, organized individual with a proactive attitude. * Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in simultaneously managing multiple files.
