YOUR NEW POSITION We are looking for a Traceability Specialist to join our Sustainability department, specifically the Traceability team. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for the operational relationship between Sourcing and the Traceability Department, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency of information. In charge of consolidating and analyzing traceability KPIs, you will guarantee the quality of reporting to management and compliance with ESG and regulatory objectives.* Support the integration of traceability data with the Sourcing teams, ensuring consistency between factory information and purchase orders. * Management of the company's digital traceability solutions. * Consolidate, analyze, and report key traceability indicators. * Data analysis and development of controls to identify discrepancies. * Preparation and management of evidence and documentation for audits and ESG reporting in compliance with current legislation (CSRD, EUDR, CSDDD, AGEC Law, among others). * Support the development of standardized processes for data validation and control. * Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in information flows. * Contribute to the design of internal training and awareness materials on traceability and compliance. ABOUT YOU:* University degree required; Master’s in Sustainability is a plus * Experience in traceability, value chain mapping, data management, indicators, and reporting. * Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and results orientation. * Excellent interdepartmental communication skills and cross-functional business vision. * Knowledge of or interest in ESG regulations (CSRD, CSDDD, EUDR, etc.). * Advanced level of English (C1), other languages are a plus.
