Our team consists of **over 6,500 employees**, highly skilled professionals from more than 45 countries. **Mission:** The objective of this position is to ensure product availability across the different locations within the supply network, aligned with forecasted demand and service level targets. This role is key in balancing operational efficiency with inventory optimization, ensuring robust and collaborative planning with all relevant departments. **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans. * Align demand forecasts with procurement and production plans. * Manage operational exceptions and adjust plans in response to deviations (delays, forecast changes, etc.). * Coordinate with departments such as procurement, production, logistics, and demand planning to ensure plan execution. * Optimize inventory levels, minimizing both stockouts and obsolescence. * Set up and maintain inventory management parameters (minimums, maximums, lead times, lot sizes, etc.). * Participate in the S&OP process as the supply planning representative. * Generate reports and key performance indicators (inventory, OTIF, coverage, etc.) to provide visibility and support decision-making. * Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the evolution of processes, tools, and information flows. * Collaborate transversally in multicultural environments and matrix structures. **To succeed in this role, you need a positive and dynamic attitude, as well as the following qualifications:** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or similar fields. * At least 2 years of experience in supply chain planning roles. * Experience in industrial or multinational environments is highly valued. * Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably M3, SAP). * Experience with advanced planning tools (Kinaxis, APO, etc.). * Advanced Excel skills. * Fluent English, minimum B2 level.
