Role You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the team of technicians and operators at our pharmaceutical plant to ensure the proper functioning of the section and the quality of the processes carried out. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Ensuring production targets are met in line with forecasts and the company’s quality standards. * Coordinating team members according to service needs to prevent disruptions in the production chain and guarantee service continuity. * Monitoring team members’ performance, addressing their needs, and supporting their professional development within the company. * Ensuring service coverage across all production shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), in coordination with other managers. * Supervising and ensuring compliance by production staff with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), occupational health and safety regulations, general safety and environmental standards, and similar requirements. * Providing specialized attention and subsequent reporting of incidents occurring during the production process. Requirements Requirements: * University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Veterinary Science, Cosmetics, or a related field—mandatory. * Minimum of two years’ prior experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a comparable position. * Prior experience managing teams. * Additional training in process quality or related areas is considered an advantage.
