At CATALONIA HOTELS, a growing hotel chain, we are looking for a MAINTENANCE MANAGER for our hotel located in the center of Barcelona Main responsibilities include: * Planning of tasks. * Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual. Completing the required form for this purpose. * Following corrective maintenance procedures as specified in the quality manual. * Repairing and/or supervising breakdowns. Ensuring that issues are fully resolved. * Carrying out the Legionella prevention process. Completing the corresponding records. * Ensuring that facilities comply with current regulations. * Responsible for managing the emergency plan. * Maintaining and keeping hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition. * Diagnosing the condition of facilities and reporting to the hotel manager. * Promoting and implementing energy-saving and efficiency measures. * Controlling inventory and spare parts with management approval. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in a similar position. * Technical education \+ installer certifications. * Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). * Commitment, accuracy, and dedication.
