CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS is seeking to hire KITCHEN ASSISTANTS to work in our hotels located in central Barcelona. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Perform periodic cleaning tasks as established in the cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues immediately. * Assist in menu and menu card implementation. * Monitor and ensure proper preservation and optimal utilization of provided products. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience as a cook. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation.
