Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible hygienic-sanitary nurse for a residential care facility in Barcelona, with responsibilities including nursing, management, organization, public health, and protocol development. Development and evaluation of clinical and healthcare protocols A residential care facility located in the city of Barcelona requires 1 Nurse. \- Mandatory requirements: University degree in Nursing; registration with the nursing association; advanced office software skills and familiarity with residential care management software; fluency in both Catalan and Spanish; technical knowledge in public health, dietetics and nutrition, protocol development and evaluation, and management. Competencies: leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability to new situations and challenges, and coordination with other services and professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Must perform all nursing duties required at the facility. In addition, the hygienic-sanitary responsible person must assume management and organizational responsibilities, safeguard the public health of the facility and its users, supervise and maintain the clinical records of residents, and develop and take ownership of the necessary protocols to ensure proper care (both clinical and healthcare-related). CONDITIONS: Permanent contract. On-site work mode. Full-time position. Morning shift from 7:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., Monday to Friday (6.70 hours/day). Gross monthly salary of €2,305.82 paid in 14 installments. Must perform all nursing duties required at the facility.
