Responsibilities We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a residence located in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona. Responsibilities: * Assist in ingredient preparation and mise en place. * Comply with food hygiene and safety protocols (HACCP). * Help prepare dishes under the supervision of the chef. * Be responsible for plating and food distribution. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. * Handle washing and organizing of kitchenware using the dishwashing line and ensure proper restocking in the kitchen/dining area. Requirements - Previous experience as a kitchen assistant/helper, preferably in collective catering (residences, hospitals, school canteens, etc.). * Food Handler Certificate. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety. * Teamwork skills and organizational ability. * Must reside near the location. We offer - 40-hour workweek. - Long week (Monday - Wednesday - Saturday - Sunday) and short week (Tuesday - Thursday - Friday). * 2 free weekends per month. * Working hours from 09:00 to 21:00. * Stable position. * Salary according to industry agreement.
