




IT SICAP is seeking a Level 1 Technical Support profile to join an important telemarketing company. If you meet the following requirements, do not hesitate to apply for our vacancy: **Responsibilities** * Installation and maintenance of computer equipment (hardware and software) * Installation and maintenance of antivirus systems - Administration of devices and users via Active Directory * Incident management * Performing network tests when placing equipment at workstations. * Equipment setup. * Wiring and rewiring of printers and workstations / Network electronics. * VLAN configuration. * File backup * Resolving incidents and requests using the designated escalation tool. **Requirements** * Intermediate degree in microcomputing. * Experience in equipment setup * Experience with Active Directory. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including 1-hour lunch break. * Start date between 02/01/2025 and 26/01/2025 * Salary: 16,572 b/a IT SICAP will process the data received through the platform as the data controller, with the purpose of managing the selection process to which you have applied, based on pre-contractual measures under Article 6.1b of the GDPR.
