ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE? As a Cybersecurity Operator, you will join our Cybersecurity team. Within our unit, we assume responsibility for protecting both our clients’ digital security and our own, delivering close, high-quality service to ensure a secure environment and business continuity. Our portfolio includes the following services: * Managed Cybersecurity: SEIDOR-CSIRT — The CSIRT’s mission is to implement the necessary human, technical, and technological measures to reduce risk from security incidents and respond when required across all infrastructures, systems, and services. * Information Security Consulting Products: We govern cybersecurity strategy, asset risk, and address corporate compliance requirements and public authority accreditation needs. * Training and Awareness: Users are the first line of defense against threats; thus, we develop and deliver training and awareness programs, and manage your organization’s digital identity and reputation. * Technical Audits: Assessment of your organization’s current status regarding protection, control, and security measures for its computer systems. * Cybersecurity Office: Definition and deployment of a comprehensive, business-aligned cybersecurity strategy through a team of expert technicians and consultants. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? * You will be responsible for monitoring and protecting an organization’s computer systems against potential cyber threats. * You will handle intrusion detection and respond to security incidents. * You will implement preventive and corrective measures. * You will conduct forensic analysis in case of identified security breaches. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? * Higher vocational training degree in computer systems and informatics, specialized in cybersecurity. * English proficiency at First Certificate level or equivalent. * Required knowledge and/or experience: — Operating systems: Windows, Linux, and macOS, as well as server administration. * In-depth knowledge of computer networks, including communication protocols, IP addressing, firewalls, and VPNs. * In information security: experience implementing and managing information security measures such as antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection, data encryption, among others. * In cryptography: to protect sensitive information and ensure data confidentiality and integrity. * Digital forensic analysis skills: for security incidents, including collection and preservation of digital evidence. * Certifications in cybersecurity will be valued, such as CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
