




Job Summary: Provide comprehensive and person-centered care, strengthening prevention and recreational activities to improve quality of life and maintain functional, psychological, and social skills. Person-Centered Care: Enhancing prevention and recreational functions to improve the quality of life of those served, maintaining their functional, psychological, and social skills to the greatest extent possible. Strengthen all three areas—social, psychological, and functional—to improve quality of life. . Monitor all incidents, symptoms, and issues affecting residents and communicate them, as appropriate, to the interdisciplinary team in writing or orally, according to need. • Assist users with undressing, dressing, and bathing. • Assist users with personal hygiene during bathing, and with maintenance and care of assistive devices (prostheses, orthoses, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.). • Administer food to dependent individuals served and assist others with tasks they cannot perform independently. • Assist users with mobility. • Address and prevent elimination-related issues. Maintain and handle urinary catheters, collection bags, colostomy bags, and other devices under the guidance of healthcare staff. • Manage sphincter incontinence under the guidance of healthcare staff. • Perform postural changes in collaboration with nursing staff. * Minimum 1 year of experience.
