Job Description Ensure excellence in service and guest experience at Restaurant Tendiez and the Bar, maximizing sales opportunities and applying an active commercial approach across all operations. Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house and bar teams, ensuring adherence to luxury standards and passionately conveying the brand’s values. Reporting to the F\&B Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Coordinate and supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring service excellence aligned with Sofitel standards. * Guarantee guest satisfaction and loyalty by anticipating needs and resolving issues efficiently. * Manage reservations, organization of special services, and coordination of events in the restaurant. * Serve as the commercial reference for the Restaurant and Bar, driving active selling, upselling, suggestive selling, and promotional initiatives, while monitoring performance results. * Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, strengthening their commercial mindset and developing their competencies. * Conduct daily briefings to align the team on relevant hotel and service information. * Lead the Bar Supervisor, defining objectives, operational priorities, standards, and performance follow\-up (briefings, feedback, and training needs). * Direct and supervise, in coordination with the Bar Supervisor, bar operations and their integration with Front\-of\-House and Kitchen. * Ensure proper planning and coordination of Bar–Restaurant service (peak demand periods, events, shift handovers, operational communication). * Design, implement, and ensure compliance with service standards (SOPs) for Restaurant and Bar, in collaboration with the F\&B Operations Manager. * Monitor restaurant inventory and resources, and oversee bar inventory through the Bar Supervisor, optimizing procurement, waste control, and material usage. * Guarantee consistency and proper condition of facilities, equipment, uniforms, and service materials, ensuring presentation, order, and cleanliness standards in both front\-of\-house and bar areas. * Coordinate with Kitchen, Reception, Events, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and correct service execution. Requirements * 1–3 years’ experience in similar roles within luxury hotels or gourmet restaurants. * Solid F\&B knowledge, with particular emphasis placed on training and experience in mixology and oenology. * Commercial profile with demonstrable experience in add\-on sales and upselling. * Excellent presence, positive attitude, and ability to share knowledge effectively. * Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills. * Advanced Spanish and English (a third language is an asset). * Proficiency in office software and F\&B management systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts under high pressure. **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation and attention to detail. * Proactive mindset and innovative spirit. * Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration. * Organization, discipline, and resilience under pressure. * Proactivity and results orientation.
