Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to temporarily join our logistics team, ensuring an efficient flow of goods and maintaining order in our facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Possibility of morning and afternoon shifts GP Pharm is a pharmaceutical company founded in 2000 in Barcelona; its pharmaceutical plant is located in Sant Quintí de Mediona (Alt Penedès). The company specializes in injectable products, including drug delivery systems based on microspheres, liposomes, and lipid nanoparticles. Our main therapeutic areas of interest are Oncology, Urology, and Women’s Health. Currently, for our pharmaceutical plant located in Sant Quintí de Mediona, we are looking for an energetic, organized, and responsible individual to temporarily join our logistics team as a **Warehouse Operator**. Your primary mission will be to ensure an efficient flow of goods—from receipt through to dispatch—while maintaining order and safety in our facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Loading and unloading** goods from trucks and containers. * **Receiving and verifying** orders (matching delivery notes and checking product condition). * **Stock placement** on shelves using pallet jacks or forklifts. * **Order picking** and **packing**. * Basic **inventory control**, reporting damages or incidents. * Maintaining **order and cleanliness** in the work area. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in warehousing or logistics (valued but not always mandatory). * Ability to handle loads manually. * Punctual individual with a proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. * **Desirable:** Valid forklift operator license (counterbalanced, reach truck). * **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of warehouse management tools (WMS/Radio Frequency). **What We Offer:** * **Temporary contract:** Approximately 6 months. * **Working hours:** Flexible, Monday to Friday, with possibility of morning and afternoon shifts. * Immediate integration into a dynamic team. * Flexible compensation. * Free parking.
