Our client is a leading company in **climate control** services and products, part of a multinational group in **growth**, committed to training and personal development. In this case, we seek a candidate responsible for managing Marketing technical documentation and the product database—particularly its format and presentation—updating, managing, and enhancing systems, and taking steps toward broader and better digital information offerings. Likewise, the role is responsible not for content substance, but specifically for format, communication, and interaction externally and with various IT systems. The candidate should help drive integrated digital technical information, both B2B and B2C. The candidate will also have full visibility of our product portfolio to perform tasks more confidently. Responsibilities: * Manage product information in our M3 system: creation, deletion, and modifications. * Responsible for the product database from the Marketing perspective. * Manage product pricing. * Handle requests for digital product information from our distribution network. * EAN (Product Coding), RIIS (BDR quality data management system), ErP (EU Product), EPREL (EU Product Database). * Supervise the ErP Labeling Program. * Manage technical documentation. * Manage PIM, integrate with website, update references in PIM, and develop its functionalities. * Produce the annual Catalog–Price List with external companies. Version for the agenda. * Update and develop product information on the website, documentation, and metadata. * PRESTO and CAD Catalogs. Updates. Extended and detailed product descriptions for quotations. * Link products with CRM. * Link products with IRIS. * Manage creation of product technical documentation. * Manage product warranty cards. * Maintain the product hierarchy system. * Support Product Managers in updating technical and commercial documentation. * Use Cognos and Power BI for product statistics. * Support technical translations. * Provide WEEE-related information to Quality. * Support product onboarding. * Support spare parts management. * Resolve technical queries from delegated teams / Solutions / Customer Service. We are looking for a candidate with: * Degree in Engineering or Higher Vocational Training related to Electronics or similar. * Knowledge of software focused on product management. * 2 years of experience in technical documentation management. * Initiative and autonomy. * Ability to work in a team. * Problem-solving capability. A growth project, with internal training and a people-oriented culture.
