




Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead, structure, and scale the commercial function, with a focus on B2B development and strategic partnerships, combining strategic vision with execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead B2B sales strategy and strategic partnerships 2. Design 360-degree proposals and lead the commercial team 3. Generate business from scratch and sell non-standardized proposals We are looking for a COMMERCIAL MANAGER for a social and professional development club. Mission: Lead, structure, and scale the commercial function, with a particular emphasis on B2B business development and the creation of strategic partnerships, combining strategic vision with strong execution capability. Lead the B2B sales strategy, focusing on outbound development and generation of new opportunities Manage and develop strategic partnerships with companies across various sectors Design and close 360-degree proposals (content, experiences, visibility, activations, etc.) Lead a commercial team (currently 3 people) covering multiple business lines Coordinate and optimize the commercial funnel with high attention to detail Activate and develop an existing contact database Work directly with senior management on key business decisions Collaborate on B2C acquisition initiatives (membership, community), coordinated with marketing. Experience: 2 years. Commercial experience in B2B and B2C environments. Background in consultative sales, business development, or partnerships. Experience in sponsorships, brand collaborations, or hybrid environments (content, experiences, community). Accustomed to generating business from scratch (outbound focus). Ability to sell non-standardized proposals. Strategic yet highly execution-oriented. Comfortable in dynamic, unstructured, and growing environments. Brand, community, and customer experience sensitivity. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2500' to '3000' * Additional information: Variable compensation.
