Given the company’s continuous growth, we are currently seeking a "Procurement Manager" based at our Barcelona offices, reporting to the CFO, to support all Iberian centers (Spain and Portugal). The mission of the **"Procurement Manager"** will be: To define, implement, and oversee the company’s procurement strategy in order to optimize resources, guarantee supply quality and continuity, generate sustainable savings, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to operational efficiency and value creation across the organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the procurement strategy aligned with business objectives. * Design and implement internal policies: thresholds, processes, and approvals. * Lead tendering, negotiation, and contracting processes with suppliers. * Identify, assess, and qualify suppliers, ensuring standards for quality, costs, and delivery timelines. Conduct appropriate monitoring of established service KPIs. * Develop strategic relationships with key partners and manage potential supply risks. * Analyze market trends, pricing, and conditions to optimize purchasing decisions. * Establish and monitor procurement policies, procedures, and KPIs. * Coordinate with finance, operations, and legal departments to ensure efficient and compliant processes. * Drive cost-saving, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives within procurement management. * Monitor and ensure traceability throughout the full procurement cycle. * Reporting to senior management, focusing on costs, savings, and supplier quality. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Experience in multinational companies is highly valued. * Strong negotiation and contract management skills. * Advanced knowledge of cost analysis, budget management, and reporting. * Proficient use of digital tools and procurement ERPs. * High level of English proficiency. * Personal competencies: leadership, results orientation, strategic vision, effective communication, and influencing ability.
