Catalonia Hotels \& Resorts is a multinational hotel chain. It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 80 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS is seeking Kitchen Assistants to work in our hotels located in central Barcelona. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Carry out periodic cleaning activities as outlined in the established cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, promptly reporting any issues. * Assist in the execution of menus and meal plans. * Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of assigned ingredients. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
