We’ll provide the tools and knowledge necessary for you to propose effective and creative solutions—ensuring each customer finds exactly what they need to transform their home. **How will you do this?** In your role, under the guidance of your Department Manager and in coordination with the store team, your objective will be to foster and maximize sales within your department. To achieve this, your actions will be essential: **1. Personalized customer service:** Your goal will be to ensure full satisfaction throughout the shopping experience—providing customers with the support and advice they need to make the best decisions for their home improvement projects. **2. Product presentation:** You’ll be responsible for keeping shelves aligned with our commercial strategy. This includes managing stock appropriately, ensuring product signage and information are clear and accurate—thereby facilitating a seamless shopping experience for the customer. **3. Teamwork:** You’ll coordinate efforts with the store team, moving across different areas as needed to ensure every customer feels warmly welcomed. The goal is to transform the purchasing process into an exceptional experience for the customer. **What are the key success factors at Brico Depôt?** **1.
