Job Summary: LUV is seeking a Senior Architect with vision and technical expertise for luxury residential projects, leading Construction Management and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. If you come from the construction industry and wish to transition into a more creative, strategic, and human-centered environment, this is your place. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like at LUV?** **Field Work (Construction Site):** * You will be involved in executing luxury residential projects, leading Construction Management. * You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * You will resolve on-site challenges with excellence, backed fully by the team. **Office Work (Barcelona HQ):** * You will prepare necessary documentation for proper project monitoring (certifications, scheduling, budgets). * You will rigorously manage permits and regulatory approvals. * You will closely collaborate with designers, interior designers, and project managers to align technical execution with LUV’s creative vision. * You will leverage your architectural background to deliver solutions that go beyond mere functionality. **What We Require From You** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (not design or other degrees). * Valid professional license or officially recognized qualification to work in Spain as of the interview date. * Minimum **5 years’ experience in Construction Management** for residential projects (renovations or new builds). * Up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe**.
