A Barcelona-based company specializing in digital products and innovative communication solutions, with over 18 years of experience. Focused on digital signage, with an installed base of over 50,000 screens. We are looking for a "Tech Care" specialist for our international team. This role requires solid understanding of audiovisual environments (Digital Signage) and the ability to work with clients to deliver technical solutions for incident resolution. ### **Requirements** Before applying, please review the specifications outlined in this job posting, as applications will be evaluated strictly against these criteria: * Work onsite at our offices in the Gracia neighborhood. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support or similar roles, preferably within software companies. * Prior experience in audiovisual installation companies or related sectors is a plus. * Ability to resolve technical incidents and advise on software solutions. * Experience in customer service and technical support, preferably in B2B environments. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web programming languages. **Languages:** * French: C1 level or bilingual, as support will be provided to French-speaking clients. * Additional languages are valued. **Personal Skills:** * Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and Spanish. * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation. ### **Employment Conditions:** **Details** ------------ Location: Barcelona Sector: IT Work Mode: Onsite Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: Full-time Share this job posting #### **Follow us on LinkedIn!**
