We are seeking a social worker for a residential facility located in the Sarrià neighborhood of Barcelona city, near the FGC Peu del Funicular station. The position starts immediately under a temporary full-time contract. The offered salary is €1,664.22 gross per month paid in 14 installments, amounting to an estimated annual gross income between €18,001 and €24,000. Key responsibilities include welcoming service users and their families, conducting social assessments, and jointly developing individualized care plans with the multidisciplinary team. The role also involves intervening in situations of conflict, loss, or end-of-life, providing support in social procedures, and accompanying users in accessing external resources. Active participation in team meetings, collaboration in protocol development, and coordination with local social services, organizations, and volunteers are essential. Flexible compensation is offered, covering items such as health insurance, training, transportation card, meal allowance, and childcare.
