Adjuster Operator

Description

We are seeking to hire Adjuster Operators for the Packaging section within the Aseptic CNC area. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing adjustments, format changes, and providing basic technical support to production teams, ensuring efficient and safe operation. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform all tasks inherent to the General Operator role, including initial adjustments following product or format changes and routine adjustments. * Carry out format changes, ensuring correct assembly, disassembly, handling, wear monitoring, and storage of components. * Conduct preliminary diagnostics upon equipment failure and collaborate in identifying root causes. * Support the execution of corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Promote and propose continuous improvement actions for equipment and processes. * **Profile \& Requirements:** * Minimum required education: intermediate vocational training (FP1 or Dual FP) in robotics, mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics. * Additional preference will be given to: advanced vocational training (FP2 or Dual FP) in the same disciplines. * 3–4 years of experience in production environments across any industry. * Experience performing format and product changes, GxP documentation, and use of electronic work instructions. * Valuable experience with aseptic isolators, single-use systems, and monitoring. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team; proactive, agile, and eager to learn. * Strong capability to understand equipment and perform adjustments. * Leadership capabilities in activities such as: * initial interventions, * incident management, * preliminary diagnostics, preventive and corrective tasks. * \#IamBoehringerIngelheim because… We continuously strive to design the best possible experience for you.
