The selected candidate will guide and provide medical advice to patients categorized as high-complexity through telecommunication means, managing the appropriate medical resource when necessary, in accordance with client guidelines and standards set by Teladoc Health International. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to patients by actively listening to their reason for consultation. * Conduct a structured interview. * Medically assess severity and required level of care. * Provide medical advice and guidance to patients, including possible pharmacological prescription. * Activate the appropriate resource according to the clinical situation and adapt it based on availability. If the required resource is unavailable, contact other emergency services. * Monitor the patient until the resource arrives, if necessary. * Accurately document the patient case in the system. * Report incidents to the supervisor. * Adhere to established quality standards while following medical ethical codes. * Know, stay updated on, and act in accordance with internal management protocols and agreements made with partner companies, following policies to uphold Teladoc Health International’s ethics. **Requirements:** * Mandatory: More than 2 years of recent clinical experience (family medicine, internal medicine, pulmonology, rheumatology, neurology, or similar). * Demonstrated and recent/active clinical activity in any of the following areas: Primary Care Center (CAP)\- Health center / Outpatient clinics Primary Care Emergency Center (CUAP) / Continuous Care Center Hospital emergency departments * Valid medical license in Spain. **Location**: Via Augusta 252\-260 \| 08017 **Barcelona**
