Our team comprises over 130 professionals, and we foster a healthy, flexible, and collaborative environment that supports work-life balance and professional development. **What will be your mission?** Support the maintenance of the quality and environmental management system, working on an already-implemented system with defined procedures and guided by the team. An **ideal position for junior profiles** seeking to consolidate knowledge in a real chemical industrial environment. **Main Responsibilities:** Supporting the maintenance of the quality and environmental management system. Updating and reviewing system documentation. Tracking corrective and preventive actions. Supporting the handling of complaints and incidents. Managing and updating product safety data sheets. Collaborating in supplier qualification and evaluation. Supporting training and environmental awareness initiatives. Participating in sustainability, circular economy, and energy efficiency initiatives. **What are we looking for?** *Essential:* Technical education in Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or related fields (Vocational Training Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, or Engineering). Interest in quality, environment, and management systems. Organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills. *Desirable (not mandatory):* Master’s degree or training in Integrated Management Systems. Prior experience (0–2 years) in quality/environmental roles. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
