We are part of an internationally recognized group specializing in technical inspection, engineering, and consultancy, and we are currently experiencing strong growth within our Technical Architecture division. We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with at least 8 years of prior experience in similar roles to join us as a Senior Structural Technician and become part of our team in Barcelona, contributing to technically complex building projects. **The main responsibilities you would support include the following**: * Modeling and preparation of structural calculation models under the supervision of the assigned Project Manager. * Reviewing calculation results and verifying their consistency. * Supporting the development and production of structural projects—from preliminary sizing through to execution design. * Participating in drawing control for the project, as well as generating necessary documentation to transfer calculation data to graphical support. * Reviewing tasks performed by others during project development. * Participating in internal team coordination meetings and client meetings. * Preparing project documentation: drawings, reports, calculation justifications, presentations, etc. **The following criteria will be considered when selecting the candidate**: * Minimum of 8 years’ prior experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of concrete, steel, timber, and foundation structures. A Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is highly valued. * Demonstrable prior experience in structural design for buildings, including the extent of involvement across various design phases. * Experience participating in construction-phase project activities will be considered. * Familiarity with current Spanish regulations and Eurocodes. * Excel proficiency is desirable. * Proficiency in structural analysis software: Robot Structural Analysis, CYPECAD, ETABS. * Essential proficiency in CAD drafting and basic 3D modeling (preferably REVIT). * Full fluency in Catalan and Spanish is mandatory; English proficiency is required. **We seek a candidate with**: Experience in structural calculation and design for buildings.
