Direct the activities of foremen and crew personnel **Positions Available** ---------------------- 6 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 6 Technical Supervisors \- Sanitary Activities PPA (Barcelona) **Workplace** -------------------- * Barcelona **Scope of Activity** ----------------------- * Barcelona **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Participate in organizing the service, staff onboarding, and allocation of necessary material resources * Supervise the proper functioning of the service, directing the activities of foremen and crew personnel * Relay instructions from service technicians to the rest of the operational team * Report to service technicians the information required for monitoring and organization **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information contained in the curriculum vitae, whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish-accredited FP II or CFGS qualification in Agriculture, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force * Possess Environmental/Forestry-related training or experience (professional or academic) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Hold a qualification as a Higher Technician in Forestry and Natural Environment Management and/or in Environmental Education and Control * Accredited training in population control actions targeting game species (minimum 12 hours) * Occupational health and safety training (minimum 50 hours) * Firearms license #### **Languages** * Catalan Level: B2 ### **Prior Experience** * Between 3 and 6 months of experience in monitoring and controlling game species, in roles similar to those described in this vacancy (professional and/or academic) **Observations** ----------------- * The application period will remain open from today, 10/04/2026, until 16/04/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). OFFERED: A fixed-term contract of approximately 10 months is offered, with the possibility of extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring cause, the project, and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s).
