Ilerwork is seeking a Production Manager – Junior Site Manager with relevant site experience to join our technical team. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Plan and coordinate all phases of construction execution: preparation, implementation, and closure. * Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure compliance with technical objectives and deadlines. * Oversee technical aspects of the project: execution quality, costs, schedule, and regulatory requirements. * Maintain smooth communication with technical management, clients, supervising engineers, and internal teams. * Manage certifications, measurements, procurement, and technical documentation. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
