We give support and ask for help when needed, and together, **share and celebrate** successes. **Responsibilities:** Complexity representative for the SEAT/CUPRA brands: + Participation in Group VW software complexity guilds (in German) - Represent the brand within the guild and coordinate SEAT departments to fulfill tasks required by the Group (implementation of reduced sales offerings, software variant calculations, market offering analysis, process adaptation, financial impacts, documentation, presentations, etc...) - Lead the SEAT Complexity team comprising all departments, implement Group objectives within the brand. - Expert in ELVIS tool: Variant calculation, status tracking. + Participation in Hardware Complexity guilds (in German) + Management of complexity in SEAT/CUPRA projects (definition of objectives, management via VManager). Lifecycle processes: + Member of Group committee (in German).
