We seek a professional who demonstrates execution capability, technical robustness, and orientation toward support and projects, with active involvement in development, testing, and go-live phases, acting as a key liaison between business and systems. **Engagement Type** Collaboration in the development and testing of HCM programming scenarios. Support during GO LIVE. **Sector** Health Services. **Job Description** Collaboration on payroll environment projects and support for SAP. Familiarity with how SAP organizes and manages employee information across the following modules: OM (Organizational Management). PA (Personnel Administration). PT (Time Management: Absences, Attendances, and Contingencies). **Responsibilities** Execution of functional tasks related to detailed design and configuration of new developments and integrations with other systems (to be specified). Preparation of training materials and delivery of training to key users. Preparation, execution, and documentation of unit and integrated test plans. Accompaniment and support for key users during the UAT phase. Reporting progress and proactively flagging potential risks or schedule deviations. Incident management and resolution. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** Experience in HCM programming or support. Knowledge of databases and report generation. Understanding of HR processes, especially payroll. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Teamwork and strong communication skills. **Technical Skills** SAP HCM knowledge across the following modules: OM. PA.
