The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the hotel's facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as responding to incidents arising across various hotel areas. **Key Responsibilities** * Repairs to facilities including: plumbing, electricity, electronic control systems, welding, painting, industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, fire suppression systems, etc. * Optimization of facilities for greater energy efficiency * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities * Response to incidents in guest rooms You will collaborate with all departments, especially Housekeeping and Reception.
