




Summary: Participate in the implementation and coordination of the Municipal Regulatory Plan, carrying out tasks related to legal updating and legal advisory services. Highlights: 1. SENIOR LEGAL TECHNICIAN for the Montcada i Reixac Town Council; expected contract duration: 1 year (until mid\-late May 2027\). 1\. Mandatory requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent. The selected candidate will participate in the internal program for implementing and coordinating the Regulatory Plan approved by the Plenary Session of the Council, as well as performing specific legal updating tasks. The responsibilities are therefore as follows: \- Ensure compliance with the Regulatory Plan approved by the Council Plenary. \- Initiate, process, and advise on all procedures necessary to guarantee that municipal regulations remain updated in accordance with the legal framework. \- Draft legal reports. \- Resolve administrative appeals. \- Implement municipal regulations into administrative procedures. \- Provide legal advisory services and resolve administrative appeals concerning the approval, repeal, or amendment of municipal bylaws or ordinances. \- Attend meetings of various departments to ensure compliance with municipal regulatory requirements, as well as assist public employees in applying and implementing such regulations. \- Perform any other duties requested by the Head of Legal Services. * Experience: 3 months. Minimum 3 months’ experience in Local Administration within the Secretariat or Legal Services department. * LAW * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent. Catalan language proficiency at C1 level.
