Our technical team is a key element in ensuring our clients’ operations run efficiently, safely, and continuously. What will you do daily? You will join a highly automated logistics environment where you will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facilities. Your main responsibilities will be: Performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical faults. Intervening on motors, sensors, photoelectric cells, solenoid valves, electrical panels, conveyors, and other automated systems. Interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation to locate incidents and execute repairs. Executing work orders via CMMS, recording interventions and task tracking. Replacing, adjusting, and verifying electrical and mechanical components. Identifying recurring incidents and proposing technical improvements to optimize equipment performance. Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards during every intervention. Coordinating with the maintenance team and the client’s operations team to minimize downtime and guarantee service continuity. * 2 years’ experience required. We seek a problem-solving individual with a strong technical foundation, autonomy in interventions, and a collaborative attitude. Minimum requirements: Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM or CFGS) in Electricity, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or similar. Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance. Knowledge of: interpreting electrical schematics, motors and control systems, sensors and detectors, valves and pneumatics, electrical panels, and industrial machinery maintenance. Ability to diagnose faults and act autonomously. Orientation toward continuous improvement, responsibility, and commitment to safety. Strong teamwork skills and client-facing abilities. * Vocational Training Certificate – Intermediate Level * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Experience in automated or intralogistics environments. Knowledge of variable-frequency drives, PLCs, and industrial automation. Experience working with conveyors, lifts, or automated material handling systems.
