We are currently seeking a trainee whose main mission will be to support the Human Resources Department in managing and developing people-related processes, contributing to the smooth operation of the department while gaining practical experience across various HR functions. What would your responsibilities be within the team? * Supporting training management processes, including monitoring training initiatives and handling associated documentation—with particular focus on administrative requirements related to FUNDAE. * Learning recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job posting and vacancy management. * Learning and supporting employee portal management, such as updating employee profiles, reviewing documentation, uploading calendars, etc. * Cross-functional involvement across the Human Resources Department to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and departmental operations. **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and/or Master’s degree in HR Management, with eligibility for an internship agreement. * Knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. * Strong interest in pursuing a professional career within the Human Resources Department. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technologically proficient and passionate about digital innovation. * Goal-oriented with a focus on metrics and performance indicators.
