Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the daily tasks of the team, managing the hotel's preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. At Sofitel Barcelona Skipper, we seek to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to join the hotel’s Maintenance team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the daily tasks of the maintenance team. * Monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. * Prioritize incidents and organize work according to operational urgency. * Coordinate interventions with external contractors and suppliers. * Track materials, tools, inventory, and spare parts. * Collaborate in shift planning, team organization, and attendance control. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and occupational risk prevention procedures. * Provide support in cost control, purchase orders, and updating internal tools or portals. * Substitute for the Maintenance Director when necessary during their absence.
