Esportiu Claret is a reference sports center in the Gràcia neighborhood with 50 years of history, committed to the well-being and health of our users—from childhood through adulthood. We need to incorporate a GYMNASTICS INSTRUCTOR \- Beginner Level 1\- Class Planning and Delivery: \- Teaching basic technique: Instructing fundamental positions, rolls, locomotor movements, jumps, and basic balance elements. \- Designing adapted sessions: Creating dynamic warm-ups, coordination games, and appropriate cool-down exercises tailored to the age and skill level of the group. \- Pedagogical progression: Adjusting exercise difficulty to match each athlete's individual learning pace. 2 \- Safety and Injury Prevention: \- Supervision and physical assistance: Correctly performing manual aids (spotting) to prevent falls or injuries during exercise execution. \- Equipment inspection: Checking the condition of apparatuses, mats, and support tools before each session. \- Promoting safe habits: Teaching athletes the importance of respecting gym rules and using equipment properly. 3 \- Group Management and Athlete Support: \- Guidance and motivation: Creating a positive, dynamic, and inclusive learning environment that encourages teamwork and discipline. \- Attendance tracking and follow-up: Maintaining daily records of participants and evaluating their progress throughout the course. * Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Prior experience: At least 6 months to 1 year teaching gymnastics (artistic, rhythmic, or acrobatic), psychomotor activities, or directed children’s activities. \- Group management: Demonstrable experience managing school-age groups (ages 3 to 6) in schools, sports clubs, summer camps, or recreational centers. \- Personal practice of the discipline: Having been an athlete or having practiced gymnastics (or related disciplines), ensuring practical understanding of movement and body posture. * LOWER SECONDARY EDUCATION DEGREE * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Temporary employment contract (10 months) * Part-time afternoon schedule (3 hours \- weekly workload) * Additional relevant information: Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM — IMMEDIATE INCORPORATION
