**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Escofet by Molins** transforms cities and enhances the use of public space through the design and industrialization of urban elements and architectural concrete. We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, creating urban landscapes through our business lines: Urban Life (urban elements), Lighting (public lighting), Walking (pavements), and Building (architectural concrete).
We are seeking a **Reinforcement Worker** to join our production team. The selected candidate will carry out tasks related to manufacturing reinforcement cages required for the production process, with medium technical complexity, under the supervision of the Reinforcement Workshop Manager. Occasionally, they may provide support to other workshop sections when production needs require it, collaborating with workshop operators on support tasks.
**WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?**
Among other responsibilities, the following stand out:
* Manufacturing reinforcement cages through tying and/or spot welding.
* Interpreting technical drawings to ensure correct execution of tasks.
* Strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, including proper use of PPE, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation.
* Collaborating in compliance with the company’s established Environmental regulations.

We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
* Additional non-regulated courses and training, Medium-level Vocational Training, Compulsory Secondary Education, or other diplomas, certifications, and licenses.
* Responsibility and commitment.
* Attention to detail and quality of work.
* Concern for order and organization.
* Tolerance for routine and consistency.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Advanced level of Spanish.
* Availability to work rotating central and intensive shifts.
