We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to define the technical direction of our products, support developers in their growth, and deliver reliable, high\-performing and scalable solutions. In this role, you will drive high\-impact projects using technologies such as C\#, .NET Core and Web APIs, working closely with Product, Design and QA teams. You will play a key role in ensuring delivery quality, reducing technical debt and continuously improving engineering practices. Your leadership will directly help us deliver products that exceed our customers’ expectations. **Responsabilidades principales**- Lead the design, development and delivery of high\-quality products and systems. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team. - Oversee product architecture and ensure clear communication of the roadmap. - Define and promote engineering standards and best practices. - Act as a trusted partner for technical decision\-making and innovation. - Support the growth of your team through coaching and performance evaluation. - Reduce technical debt and ensure system scalability. - In an agile environment, manage a team of 6 developers. - Contribute to upskilling initiatives, facilitate communities of practice and collaborate with peers on cross\-functional projects. Essential skills: - C\#, .NET Core (preferred) / .NET - Web APIs. - Fluency in French and advanced level of English. Desired skills: - Web Services. - Azure / AWS.
